Hiking to the San Gerardo de Dota waterfall
From the yurt it is advisable to take the car down to Savegre Lodge and park near there. From there, you continue to head down the road to the trout farm and follow the signs. Be very careful as the path is not well maintained and you must watch your step.

Most are in Santa Maria de Dota, the best place for coffee in Central America.
Spa in San Gerardo de Dota
Although the yurt has its own hot tub, the only spa in the area is located at Savegre Lodge at the bottom of the valley. They offer everything from full body massages, facial procedures and day access to their amenities.
